Let's give this "blog" stuff a try!

Hi everybody! The Simons family can't stand being behind and not being part of the blogging world, so... HERE WE ARE!. It will be a fun way to share a little bit of our lives with you. Hopefully you will enjoy it.

Having fun with "abu" y "abuelito" (grandma and grandpa)

Abuelito y Abuelita came to town to spend some time with us. We had a really nice time with them. Although we feel a little bit bad, I think we worn grandma out.
We did a lot of fun things with them, we went to Saphire Point to feed the chipmunks, we painted wood cars, watched movies (Ice Age 2, like 500 times) and went on rides on the stroller.

Enjoying last days at the pool

Aidan and Dylan loved going to the pool, that day was a bit chili and Dylan said "tengo frio, se me prenden los dientes" (I'm cold, my teeth turn on), it was very funny!

Dylan gets sick

Dylan got sick and it appeared to be the MUMPS. We don't know for sure what it was, but he definitely had all the symptoms of MUMPS (high fever, swollen cheek, couldn't open his mouth, a lot of pain on his cheek and inside of his mouth). My poor little man was in misery for a few days but now he's back to normal (now... I'm the one in misery =).
